These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of Umrahub, a digital platform owned and operated by TryGulf LLC in the United Arab Emirates. Umrahub delivers B2B2C services to licensed Umrah agents, sub-agents, corporate partners, and end pilgrims. By creating an account, placing a booking, or otherwise using the Umrahub websites, portals, APIs, or mobile experiences (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any product-specific agreements referenced herein. If you do not accept these Terms, you must refrain from using the Services.
1. Eligibility & Contractual Capacity
You represent that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into contracts, and (for agents and corporate users) hold all required licences or authorisations under the Saudi Ministry of Hajj & Umrah framework and your local jurisdiction. You further confirm that any individual on whose behalf you make a booking has provided full consent for their personal data and travel arrangements to be processed by Umrahub and its partners.
2. Definitions
“We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to TryGulf LLC trading as Umrahub.
“Agent” means any licensed organisation or individual using the B2B interface, including master agents, sub-agents, and corporate travel coordinators.
“Pilgrim” means an end traveller or guest whose Umrah journey is booked or managed through the Services.
“Supplier” means airlines, hotels, transport providers, visa facilitators, and any third-party fulfilment partner.
3. Scope of Services
Umrahub provides a digital ecosystem for searching, packaging, booking, and managing Umrah-related travel components, including flights (via Nedherd TTS connectivity), accommodations, ground transfers, visas, tours, and add-ons. Unless explicitly stated, Umrahub acts as an intermediary between agents/pilgrims and Suppliers. Supplier terms, regulations of the Ministry of Hajj & Umrah, airline conditions of carriage, and hotel house rules apply in addition to these Terms.
4. Account Registration & Security
Information submitted during enrolment must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Umrahub may request supporting documentation (licences, IDs, corporate approvals) at any time.
You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials, API keys, and authentication tokens. Any activity performed under your account is deemed authorised by you.
Umrahub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms without prejudice to other remedies.
5. Booking Rules
All bookings are subject to live availability and confirmation from Suppliers. Inventory may be withdrawn or repriced prior to ticketing or voucher issuance.
Agent mark-ups, service fees, and payment plans can be configured via the dashboard, but you remain solely responsible for disclosures to your customers.
Group allotments, room blocks, and visa quotas are confirmed only upon receipt of Supplier acknowledgement and any required deposits.
Pilgrim details (names, passport data, travel dates) must match official documentation; errors may result in penalties or denied services for which Umrahub bears no liability.
6. Pricing, Taxes & Payments
Displayed rates are dynamic and can include Supplier surcharges, local taxes, and Umrahub service fees. Currency conversions follow prevailing Magnati or banking exchange rates.
Payments are processed via secure gateways (including Magnati). Umrahub does not store full card numbers; you warrant the legitimacy of payment instruments used.
For B2B accounts, credit limits, deposit schedules, and settlement cycles are defined in separate commercial agreements. Late payments may incur suspension or interest charges.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise mandated by Supplier policy or applicable law.
7. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
Modification requests must be raised through the platform or via Umrahub support before the applicable deadline. Additional charges may apply.
Cancellation and refund eligibility is dictated by each Supplier’s policy. Processing times vary and may require documentation such as refusal letters or medical certificates.
Non-refundable components (visa issuance, service fees, partially used services) will not be reimbursed. Any discretionary goodwill gestures are at Umrahub’s sole discretion.
8. Documentation & Compliance
Agents and pilgrims are responsible for securing valid passports, visas, medical certificates, and vaccinations required by Saudi authorities or transit countries.
Umrahub may assist with visa facilitation but cannot guarantee approval. Fees paid for unsuccessful applications are generally non-refundable.
You must comply with all laws, including anti-money laundering, anti-bribery, and sanction regulations. We may decline transactions that trigger compliance alerts.
9. Platform Use & Intellectual Property
All software, content, trademarks, and documentation provided through the Services remain the exclusive property of TryGulf LLC or its licensors.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, or resell any part of the platform without express written permission.
Agents may co-brand itineraries and vouchers only as permitted within their partner agreement and must not misrepresent affiliation with Umrahub.
10. Data Protection
Personal data collected through the Services is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you confirm that you have obtained all necessary consents from data subjects and agree to implement appropriate safeguards when handling exported data.
11. Third-Party Links & Services
The Services may reference websites, APIs, or content operated by third parties. Umrahub is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of such parties. Accessing third-party resources is at your own risk and remains subject to their respective terms and policies.
12. Liability & Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umrahub disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services, including fitness for a particular purpose.
We are not liable for acts or omissions of Suppliers, force majeure events, travel disruptions, or pilgrim behaviour. Remedies are limited to amounts paid for the affected booking.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13. Suspension & Termination
Umrahub may suspend or remove access to the Services if you breach these Terms, misuse the platform, default on payments, or negatively impact platform integrity. You may terminate your account by providing written notice, subject to settling all outstanding obligations. Clauses relating to liability, indemnity, IP, and confidentiality survive termination.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall first be attempted through amicable negotiation. Failing settlement, disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE (excluding DIFC courts), without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in the pilgrim’s home country.
